The KREATIV in the middle of the Baesweiler city center comprises three core areas: It serves as a neighborhood office, concept store and event location and offers you a diverse contact point. Whether you are an interested citizen, real estate owner, retailer, founder, resident, etc. – here you can voice your suggestions, questions or ideas six days a week.<\/p>\n

The neighborhood office: Your space for design! The Quartiersb\u00fcro deals with the presentation of planned urban development measures and the organization of information evenings and workshops. We are also happy to receive your ideas! You can simply send us your ideas in person or by using the idea mailbox.<\/p>\n

The Quarter Office is also available to assist business start-ups and companies: Please visit us or contact your contact person.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Our concept store makes a lasting contribution to reducing the number of vacant stores. The long-term goal is to prevent commercial vacancies by early detection and contact mediation between tenant and landlord. The focus here is on fast, quality-conscious and location-compatible re-use in the event of vacancies. In order to manage the vacancy in the best possible way, Kreativ offers founders and artists the possibility to offer their products in the form of a concept store. In this phase, retailers can test and establish their products on the open market. After this initial phase, successful founders and retailers should then move into vacant commercial space in the city center, thereby reducing the number of empty stores.<\/p>\n

The third functional area of creative “Events” includes the organization and implementation of information evenings, consultation hours, training courses, lectures as well as city festivals and markets. The latter is unfortunately not possible due to the current situation. We hope to welcome you again soon – as usual – to our events!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
